Bonnie Emmett is the consummate professional! I was under time pressure to get my Bateleur home sold before winter set in, and she swung into action with a real sense of urgency. She had all the necessary market information readily at hand and was personally familiar in detail with all the homes sold in my neighborhood. When we discussed photos, she arranged for the photographer on very short notice because she had studied the weather forecast.
